How do I install Diskeeper 2008 Home Server Edition?

Windows Home Server is a new kind of server for the home. I have used it extensively, and I believe Microsoft may have a hit with this very cool idea. Many vendors are also catching on and creating software that is compatible.

I love Windows Home Server. If you haven’t seen any of my previous posts, they are:

In this post, I will show you how to install Diskeeper 2008 Home Server Edition and add it to the Windows Home Server console.

Let’s start by installing Diskeeper 2008 as shown in Figure A and Figure B.

Next, log in to the Windows Home Server console and choose settings (Figure C).

Click on Add-ins and choose the Available tab. Choose Install to install Diskeeper 2008 into the Windows Home Server Console (Figure D) and (Figure E).

Once the console closes, reconnect and you will see the Diskeeper icon, as shown in Figure F and Figure G.

You can now enjoy all the benefits of Diskeeper 2008 on your Windows Home Server.
